Putting Things Together, Finally

Vintage Turquoise and Ethiopian Silver necklaces, newly strung and gorgeous together, Flare brooch

These necklaces are both new and old.  Newly strung, vintage beads that I’ve been aging to perfection for 24-ish years.  Why?

At any rate, when I bought them, I was called to them, but didn’t have the concept… Until now.  Would you believe, I never even knew that the turquoise beads would create such a lovely graduated necklace, I’d never laid them out, as I bought them thinking earrings, and received a seemingly random assortment of turquoise discs.  Wow!

Also in the photo, my Flare brooch, tufa cast sterling silver and custom alloyed 10k pale yellow gold.  These are three pieces that I will be happy to own for a long while, if they don’t sell.

This second photo is where things have sometimes inadvertently gone to age to perfection, in the past.  No more of that.
